Born and raised in Alberta, East of Calgary, I have been a massage therapist in Edmonton since 2008. I moved to Rocky Mountain House in May 2021. It has been my privilege to help my clients with their health over the years.
As of November 2026, I have completed my certifications in Manual Osteopathic Therapy (MOT). I’m looking forward to moving my practice in a new direction over the upcoming years.
Many people don’t realize the wide range of health concerns I can help with. Whether it’s daily wear and tear on your body, injury or surgery recovery, ongoing chronic health conditions, stress, or pain management, massage therapy and MOT can often help with many of these challenges.
